**ALL CONFERENCE FUNCTIONS WILL BE AT THE DILLARD HOUSE**
The Conference hotel is the Dillard House which has limited
rooming options. All conference functions will be on
location: Please make your hotel accommodations as early as
possible. You will be responsible for making your own
reservations by telephone ONLY to the hotel. Be sure to tell
reservations that you are with the GUCC group and request a
confirmation number. Minimum Wed. and Thurs. night requirement to
Dillard House -
RATES vary ($79 - $149 + applicable taxes based on a 2 person per
room basis). Any extra persons per room will be charged a $15
per person per night fee.
Chalets will be made available at a 15% discount off of rack
****CANCELLATION POLICY: A 72 hour cancellation
policy will apply to rooms and a 14 day cancellation policy applies
to chalets and cottages. Your credit card will be charged for
ALL night's booked effected by cancellation.

6:30am - (9:30am) 64 White Oak Lane, Dillard, GA 30537 (100%
RATE $80.10 + taxes for regular king or 2 queen rooms. Rooms
guaranteed with a credit card. If paying by Cash, a $50 cash
deposit is required at check in and refunded at check
out. NO PETS. 100% SMOKE FREE hotel.
An extra $75 cleaning fee will be added to any room where smoking
or pets have been detected.ROOMS BLOCK and PRICING ends Sept. 20,
***Cancellation policy: Must cancel by 4pm the DAY BEFORE
ARRIVAL. Rooms where no one shows up and are not officially
cancelled might be charged a full 2 nights or entire stay.
Room block ends Sept. 20. Possible one night stay will be
billed in the event of a cancellation after 4pm.
