GUCC Fall Golf Tournament

2010 Fall GUCC/GUCA GOLF Tournament - 10/6/2010 thru 10/8/2010

Join us October 6th for an afternoon of fun and fellowship.

We are returning to Sky Valley this year after a few years testing the waters at other courses. Shotgun start will be at 1:00 PM, so meet us at the clubhouse for registration and lunch at noon. The rules meeting will be at Sky Valley at 12:45 PM. PROPER GOLF ATTIRE PLEASE.

Once you’ve whetted your appetite on golf, join us at the Dillard House for Dinner and Prizes at 6:30pm.

Mulligans will be on sale (2 for $5) prior to the rules meeting.

FORMAT
Play consists of 18 holes
Play will be Lauderdale.
Twosomes will be as requested on the registration form or as assigned by the Golf Committee. The Golf Committee will decide foursomes based on average scores.
Prize holes will be announced at the rules meeting. Team prizes will be awarded for the first through third place teams based on low score. Ties will be eliminated based on a card-off counted backwards from the 18th hole, regardless of starting hole.

Golf registration fee is $110 for REGISTERED CONFERENCE ATTENDEES and $160 for non-registered guests. This fee plus your registration form must be received at the UPC by September 17, 2010.
Registration is limited to the first 60 golfers. All others will be placed on a standby list and added on the day of play, as space permits.

DIRECTIONS TO SKY VALLEY
Take US-23 north 1.2 miles to Hwy 246 (NC 106) and turn right. Go 3.3 miles (don’t forget to bear right at the old store) and turn right into the entrance to Sky Valley. The clubhouse and parking are at the bottom of the mountain. Lunch and registration will be next to the cart house.
