Hotel Information:
**ALL CONFERENCE FUNCTIONS WILL BE AT THE DILLARD HOUSE**
Please make your hotel accommodations as early as possible. You will be responsible for making your own reservations by telephone ONLY to the hotel.
Be sure to tell reservations that you are with the GUCC group and request a confirmation number. Our host hotel is the Dillard House. All conference functions will be on location:

Rates vary ($69 – $109 + applicable taxes based on a 2 person per room basis). Any extra persons per room will be charged a $10 per person per night fee.
Dillard House Chalets will be made available at a 15% discount off of rack rate.
****CANCELLATION POLICY for DILLARD HOUSE: A 72 hour cancellation policy will apply to rooms and a 14 day cancellation policy applies to chalets and cottages. A possible 2 night charge may occur. Your credit card will be charged for one night’s room and tax when the reservation is made.

****Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance per room prior to arrival date at 6pm. After 24 hours a 1 night room charge may occur. Rooms where no one shows up and are not officially cancelled might be charged a full 2 nights or entire stay.
